]]> Joe Ross, founder of eattheplanet.org, and Amy Demers, founder of CT Foraging Club, will be co-teaching a class on Late Fall Foraging. You will learn how to identify and utilize edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that can be found this time of year. You will also learn how to differentiate plants and mushrooms from any toxic look-a-likes.
The class will consist of ~45-minute lecture, followed by ~45-minute walk, where we will practice plant and mushroom identification.
You will be emailed further details regarding meet up location the day before the class.
We will run the class rain or shine.
